🛣️ How to Reach Panarwa by Road

Panarwa is located in the Bhomat region of southern Rajasthan, about 80 kilometers southwest of Udaipur city. The estate is well connected by road; travelers can take the Udaipur–Kotra road via Jhadol or follow the route through Gogunda towards the forested hills of Panarwa.

  • From Udaipur, take the road heading towards Jhadol via NH-27 / State Highways.
  • Travel approximately 52 km from Jhadol tehsil headquarters to reach Panarwa. The total distance from Udaipur is about 116 km.
  • Roads are a mix of pucca (paved) and semi-paved sections; the final stretch may pass through forested areas and smaller village roads.
  • Regular buses and private taxis are available from Udaipur, making the journey both convenient and scenic, as the road winds through the Aravalli hills, forests, and small villages that form the heart of Mewar’s tribal belt. Best traveled during daylight; earlier in the day offers clearer visibility and safer passage through less-developed hill roads.
